In March 2020, our team surveyed 2351 YOOBIC users to see how using YOOBIC empowers them in 3 main areas:

  • Task management
  • Internal employee communication
  • Mobile learning

Responses came from a total of 90 customers in 40 different countries.

Users' role types were spread across head office, regional, field and site teams.

The goal of this survey was firstly to gather user feedback, and secondly to measure the extent to which users feel that using the YOOBIC platform makes their day-to-day working lives easier and more fulfilling.

In light of the COVID-19 crisis, we can see that frontline employees are continuing to do more and take on more responsibilities.

The most notable of these is the safeguarding of customers' and colleagues' health and safety.

It's never been more important to equip frontline employees with tools to eliminate friction they run into every day when executing tasks, communicating and training.

Once this friction has been eliminated, frontline employees are free to focus their time and resources on what matters most, whether that be increasing quality, improving customer experience, coaching team members or making more sales.
